FRESH SALSA W/CHIPS	In pot w 2" H2O -2 Lg toms & 2 jalapenos (cored) & 1 onion, boil until soft. Cool. 1 c of the H2O, toms, onion, jalapenos in blender; Blend well. In bowl, add chopped fresh: 1 lg tom, 1 sm onion, 1/2 bell pep, 1 t cilantro, 1/2 t salt. Serve w/ Chips

LIVER PATE	I hate Liver, BUT turkey liver pate; boil liver in spices, smush to powder, add mayo, smidge mustard, scrape onion juice into it, salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder, mix well & spread on saltines...yumm

HAM ROLLS ON RITZ CRACKERS	Lay Ham flat and spread with mixture of softened cream cheese, chives, onion & garlic powder; Then roll longways, refrigerate 1 hr, cut slices (rounds) and put on cracker

BANANA W/HERSHEYS P-NUT BUTTER KISSES	I prefer to slice banana, open the kisses and put out on a plate, then make hats out of the banana for the kisses

CRACKERS W/MEAT & CHEESE	Turkey & Swiss is my favorite... Note, one must make up several at a time if you are going to DO anything while munching
